Please also review additional information enclosed: Richard Ressier Lake Home (Single Family Residence) - Fire #H3223 Sybil Lake, Ottertail County, MN. - Lake #387, Recreational Development (RD) Summary: The existing approved variance allowed the proposed house to be located 40’ from the OHWL. This does not change in the new Variance Application; only the Size and Location of the house. Location: The new proposal moves the house closer to the center of the site to minimize disturbance of the soil, since the new location would be over the demolished boathouse. Size: The change in size adds 2 ft. to the side of the house plus a couple of bumpouts to accommodate needed interior items by the owner and to accommodate the construction/structural method of the house.
