Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
place a 32’ by 40’ dwelling, including 4’ bump outs 35’ from the south property line, 28’ form the north property line

Please forward this Application for Variance to the Board of Adjustment for their November 2nd meeting. Six color copies
of the scaled site plans have been included to dispense among the board members. Please also review additional information
enclosed:

Summary:
The existing approved variance allowed the proposed house to be located 40’ from the OHWL. This does not change in the
new Variance Application; only the Size and Location of the house.
Location: The new proposal moves the house closer to the center of the site to minimize disturbance of the soil, since the
new location would be over the demolished boathouse.
Size: The change in size adds 2 ft. to the side of the house plus a couple of bumpouts to accommodate needed interior items
by the owner and to accommodate the construction/structural method of the house.
