Richard Ressler - Approved with condition.
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 60’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the replacement of a 28’ by 32’ dwelling with a 32’ by
38’ dwelling 40’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that before a site permit can be issued the
existing boat house must be removed. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. The granting of the variance provides
the applicant with a reasonable use of his property.
