MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the
constoiction of a proposed 14’ by 19’ screen porch being no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
dwelling and to approve a variance of 58’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance
of 8’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the construction of a 12’ by 12’ storage shed 42’ from the
ordinary high water level with the condition that the use of the garage as a second dwelling must be discontinued.
