CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
};-Mr. Brecke would like to landscape the lot. This would require
taking a maximum of of dirt off the top of the hill located
about 75' from the laKe and leveling this dirt on the area between
the hill and the lake. All large trees will be saved.
