Dear Mr. Lee:
I would like at this time to resubmit my request for a special use permit
in accordance with the Planning Commissions suggestion of moving the
buildings closer to the lake. In doing so, this would cut down on the
amount of excavating that would have to be done.
The information made available to me is as follows:
By changing the building set back requirement approximately 483 yards
of dirt would be moved in comparison to the original plan of moving 738
yards of dirt.
All other information would be the same, such as top soil and sod removal
and replacement, etc.

Dear Mr. Cardiff:
This is to inform you that at the February 1, 1978 meeting of
the Planning Commission a motion was passed to approve your
application for special use subject to the following:
1. Grading to stay 6 inches below top of ice ridge.
2. Sod 30 feet back from ice ridge.
3. Remaining exposed area is seeded immediately after
grading.
This application will be taken to the County Board of Commissioners
for their consideration at their February 6, 1978 meeting at 1:30 P.M.
