Motion
Marian Dahlgren - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (6:45 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of approximately 5’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of
approximately 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a holding tank and
an outhouse 70’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that before the permits for the proposed
development can be issued the existing drain tile must be removed and the area properly landscaped to prevent direct
runoff into the lake. The Board noted that the proposed location is perhaps the best location for the holding tank.
