ADate of hearing:Time:M MOTION AS FOLLOWS: Motion was made bv Craig Anderson, seconded bv John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the variance of I T from the required road right-of-way setback of 20'; to deny the variance of 8' from the side lot line setback of 10' and to deny the variance of 8‘ from the required 1 O' drain field setback for the construction of the proposed 32' by 24' garage. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for an 8' addition to the south side of an existing garage located 6' from the east lot line. The addition to the existing garage will be no closer to the side lot line or to the lake than the existing garage and dwelling. Also, there will be approximately a 23' separation between the buildings on the applicant's lot and the adlacent lot. S' roeii O00^’> \3«>.I Gommentarv Attached to Application FIRST: Add 8 feet to the south and 10 feet to the west side of the existing garage (denoted by shaded area). This 492 square'feet will be connected to the existing cabin. The new area will provide,two sleeping rooms, a bath room, kitchen area and a-rriechanical - laundry room. Now it would be feasible to winterized the entire combined area. The present buildings (cabin-sun room and garage) are set-back from the lake well within the established requirements by using the “String Test Method” (denoted by red ink line). SECOND: Erect a 32 ft X 24 ft garage near the township road. The new garage cannot be placed any differently because a new sewage system was installed in 1992 in compliance with all codes.
