After additional consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to allow the placement of a dwelling, including the deck, no closer to the ordinary high water level than what would be permitted by the building line or 50’ whichever is less. The variance as approved allows the applicant to both move her existing dwelling back to the approved setback and then add an addition or to construct a new dwelling at the approved setback.
