MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Criag Anderson, seconded by Leslie Estes and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the
construction of a 10' by 22' addition to an existing structure 6' from the side lot line.
It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the side lot line than the existing
structure, the sight line will not be affected by this addition and that no variance from
the ordinary high water level is required as the proposed addition is on the back side of
the existing structure away from the lake.
