no, to approve a variance of 43’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for changes to the roof line
of an existing dwelling located 57’ from the ordinary high water level, at its closest point, with the condition that, on or
before October 31, 2002, the existing fish cleaning shed must be either removed or placed in a location that complies
with all of the setback requirement of the shoreland management ordinance. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
