Dear Marsha Bowman & Bill Kalar,
Regarding the motion on condition #2 regarding Applicant complies with Wetland Conservation Act. Eric
Babolian has identified potential wetland area and has asked for a current Wetland Delineations
Assessment. I have hired Meadowland Surveying to do the assessment; the contact is Scott Walz 218-
847-4289.
I would I like to move forward with the digging on the basement per plan and stock pile all fill until any
potential fill area in question and delineation assessment has been identified and I am incompliance
with the Westland Conservation Act. Again, all fill will be stock piled on site until Meadowland Surveying
has completed their delineation assessment per Eric Babolian's request.
