After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, secpQd^by*Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 50’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of foO’ for the placement of a two story dwelling with an
attached garage, (including residential area over the garage portion, of the structure) 50; from the ordinary high water level with the
condition that no more than 25°%*6f the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. The Board noted'that the variance
as approved will keep the proposed development out of the shore impact zone. It should be noted that applicants can connect the
