Motion: Motion by Schwartz, second by Estes to deny the application for the following
reasons: 1) Lot 1 has elevation & surface water run-off problems. 2) The entire parcel
contains a bluff. It requires larger lots and erosion is an issue. 3) Poor access (very steep
approach) to Hwy #78 (erosion). Voting : All members in favor.
“Wee Villa Ltd Partnership” - Approved As Presented:
A Conditional Use Permit Application fas stated by the Applicant): Replace an existing 12 x
60 manufactured home with a 14 x 54 manufactured home on Lot 47 at Wee Villa Resort.

Motion: A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Maske to approve as presented. The
existing addition is to be removed with the existing manufactured home. Reason for
approval is that this is a 1 for 1 trade and not an increase in the number of units. Voting:

cubic yards of excavation /fill. Maximum depth of cut 4 34 ‘. Requests to do the work this

Since the Planning Commission was ahead of schedule. Bill Kalar discussed with them the
Volunteer Committee established to review the Shoreland Management Ordinance (Cluster
Moratorium). A Motion by Lachowitzer, second by Maske to nominate Rod Boyer as a
representative for The Planning Commission on the Volunteer Committee. Voting: All
Members in favor.
Break: At 7:23 P.M., the Commission took a 7 minute break.

Here is our application for the Conditional Use Permit that we have discussed. I have included
the 1 original and the 10 copies as requested. There is also a check for the $240 application fee.
We have submitted this application under the current owners, Marion Guntinson and Larry D
Urbach. I would hope that by the time the hearing comes around that the land will be recorded in
our name, Tracy & Karla Schmidt. This process is already underway and should be complete
soon. I have included the legal description for the land as it is now and our copy of the legal
description of the section that we are buying. This is also the same area that is shown on the map.
