Lorene Schumacher - Denied
September 3,1998 Meeting - The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After
consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to table
the applicant’s request until the October 8, 1998 Board of Adjustment meeting for a review by the County Attorney’s
office of the procedure for converting an easement road to a dedicated public road and for additional information
concerning the status of easement roads. It was noted that George Walter would discuss this application with the
County Attorney. October 8,1998 Meeting - After discussion and consideration, motion was made by John Everts,
seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried to table the applicant’s requested until the November 5, 1998
Board of Adjustment meeting so that the applicant can review the public road dedication process. November 5,1998
Meeting - The applicant contacted the office prior to the meeting and stated that she would not continue to pursue her
variance request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously
carried, to deny the variance as requested based upon the applicant’s statement to the office.
