Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision
of a 4.4 acre parcel from an existing 106.25 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing
meeting the requirements of the ordinance must be provided at the time of recording.
