Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 32’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the enlargement of both a garage and a sunroom
located 68’ from the ordinary high water level as shown in the applicant’s drawing. Hardship is a small lot. It was
noted that the proposed additions will be no closer than the existing structure and that the septic system is an
approved system.
