Motion was made by Randall Mann to approve the screen porch and the motion was seconded by Cecil Femling with
the condition that it will be no closer to the lake than the existing structure. The variance for the garage replacement
was approved but the septic system was denied because of the location, the motion was made from Randall Mann
with the second motion being made by Mark Steuart. All requests were unanimously carried.
