After consideration and discussion,^Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 20’ from the required road right-of-way setback pf 20’ for the development as proposed in the
variance application dated May 14, 2012 and as illustrated on the drawing submitted with the application.' It was noted
that the proposed development will be in the same footprint as the existing structure.
