MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision of the
existing parcel; to approve a 2‘ variance on the road side corner from the required side lot line setback of 10‘ for the
location of the house and the restaurant 8’ from the side lot line and a variance of 2' from the required side lot line setback
of 1 O’ for the coolers on the backside of the commercial property with the condition that a surveyor’s drawing will be
provided and with the condition that the projection of the home that extends at a right angle into a hill will be removed so
that a variance will not be required for that section of the property, A revised plan was submitted by the applicant at the
hearing.
