Mary Ellen Frey - Denied
Motion was made by Cecil Femling second by Randall Mann to deny the variance as requested and to allow a water
oriented accessory structure meeting all setback requirements as stated in the shoreland management ordinance.
This motion failed with Bert Olson, Mark Steuart and David Holmgren voting against the motion. As a result of a tied
vote the applicant’s request was denied.
