Motion
John and Kristine Riewer - Approved the variance as modified with a condition. (7:15 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried,
to approve the placement of a 12’ by 12’ octagon screen house 75’ from the ordinary high water level and at least 35’
from the side lot lines with the condition that an existing shed must be either removed or placed in a location which
complies with the setback requirement of the ordinance before a permit can be issued for the proposed development.
