Underwood Co-op Creamery, Underwood, MN,r-requested permission to record a parcel
of 2.05 acres without platting, in G.L. 6, Section 32, Sverdrup Township. After dis
cussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by Wilfred Estes and carried, to
approve as survey drawn shows an isolated area historically separated by a township
road from the original tract.No precedent being established at this time.
Dale Whitney, Richville, MN, requested permission to record a metes and bounds tract
of 2.0 acres without platting on Pt. E52NWi4 of Section 23, Dead Lake Township,
discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried,
to approve, hardship being survey made but deed not recorded at time of survey.

carried, to deny approval.
