We have approved of the submitted plan that will place this two caor garage building two feet from oiur mutimil lot line. This garage will then exit at a right angle to o\ir lot and will not open directly on to the township road but will use the driveway access already in operation. This also will enable the garage to be erected in a manner so none of the existing trees will have to be destroyed which are of mutual interest to both the Barkers as well as ourselves.
