After discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve, hardship being a unique situation, steep bank makes such a structure necessary in order to get close enough to the lake to see it. The motion died for ’’ack of a second. After additional discussion, with the consideration that Mr. Nelson sells no portion of the total property, motion was made by Tom Stringer to approve, topograohy creating a hardship, would serve the legitimate objective of reducing the crowding on the lake by having a commitment for an unknown number of years that the lots would be tied together. We are dealing with 360 feet of frontage on the aggregate and therefore no precedent on that lake or very low precential value. The motion was seconded by John Everts with the amend­ ment of screens on all four sides, with a skirt of no higher than from the walking surface. The motion carried. William C. Poss, Moorhead, MN, requests permission to construct a garage 3 feet from property line, on lot called Lot A, Poss Survey Lots of G.L. 7,Section 31, Dunn Town- After discussio'^, motion was made by John Everts to deny, lot large enough to place a garage to meet ordinance requirements, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried, as no mention was made to the variance for the road set back requirements. ship. After discussion, motion was made by John Everts to a_pprove. due to the unique topo­ graphy and shape of lot, northwest corner of garage no closer than 36' from the driving surface of the road. Town Board has stated approval and contingent upon having the garage doors on north side of structure. The motion was seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried. Board of Adjustment 4 July 7, 1983 and the fact there can be no more than four dwellings on this particular property as prescribed in the deed restrictions, make hardship being a unique circumstance. Mrs. Fred Taylor, Dent, MN, represented by Gary Jenison, requested permission to remove existing porch and build a screened porch approximately 33' from lake, 3' closer tothe lake, on Lots 2 & 3, Jaegers Beach, Dora Township, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried, to deny approval, no adequate hardship shown. After discussion.
