County Shoreland Management Ordinance on February 5, 1992,
the Division of Waters of the Department of Natural Resources
no longer has approval authority over Planned Unit
Developments.
Otter Tail County will be administering the new standards
relative to Planned Unit Developments and you should contact
that office at 218-739-2271.
