It was noted that the 29,000 square foot parcel requires no other variances. The property is described as the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 and Governments Lot 4, 10 and 11, except platted and except tract. Section 3 of Hobart Township on Wimer Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to subdivide a 29,000 square foot parcel from an existing 162.96 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing and a letter stating that there are no boundary line disputes must be submitted when the document is recorded. It was noted that the 29,000 square foot parcel requires no other variances. Dennis £. Lindemann - Approved Dennis E. Lindemann, Wahpeton, HD, requested a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for an addition to an existing structure 6' from the side lot line, a variance of approximately 2' to 9’ 6* from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the addition of a new roof to an existing structure 6* to 8' from the side lot line and a variance of 9' 6" from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the removal and rebuilding, in the same location, of a portion of the existing structure (identified by the letter F on the applicant's drawing) and for the placement of footing under a portion of the existing structure (identified as letter M on the applicant's drawing). The property is described as Lot 3 and the South 13’ of Lot 4, Bill's Beach First Addition, Big McDonald Lake in Edna Township, the applicant's request. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried wiLh Cecil Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 4' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for an addition to an existing structure 6' from the side lot line, a variance of approximately 2' to 7' 6* from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the placement of footings and a new roof, on that part of the dwelling identified by the letter *M* on the applicant's drawing, approximately 2' 6* to 8' from the side lot line and a variance of 6' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the removal and for the replacement of that part of the dwelling identified by the letter "F* on the applicant's drawing being no closer than 4' to the side lot line at the closest point. Hardship being a substandard lot of record. The audience was polled with Edith Cook addressing !
