Passed:A notion by Martin, second by Ryan to approve the prelinlnary plat
plans of Schultz Addition on Ten Mile Lake, No. 56-613, RD, Sec. 29
of Tumuli Twp. as presented. Developers are Robert and Gerald Schultz
Dalton, Minnesota.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Lachpwitzer, second by Estes to approve the special use
application of Dean Lilja. dated April 24, 1981 on Wimer Lake, Mo. 56-355,
RD, Sec. 3 of Hobart Twp. in order to rectify a partial erosion problem,
approved for a "3-tier patio system" as per Exhibit "A", (model presented)
Maximum of 6 foot cut. Back patio to measure 40* x 30', middle patio .to
measure 30* x 30* and front patio 18* x 20*. With ridge to be left 3 feet
wide at top, 7 feet wide at base and 15 feet long. Removed earth to be
placed landward of excavation. No soil to be disturbed between ridge and
ordinary high water surk. Stabilization by fleldstone, riprap and
appropriate vegetation.

Voting; All members in favor except Martin and Patterson.
A motion by Estes, second by Lachowltzer to

next regular meeting of the Planning Commission.
