After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to subdivide a triangular tract, containing 50' of lake frontage, from the west side of the applicant's property for permanent attachment to the adjacent property and a variance to subdivide a tract, containing 50' of lake frontage, from the east side of the applicant's property for permanent attachment to the adjacent property with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be presented when the parcels are recorded.
