Dennis Peyerl - Variance application approved as requested. (6:32 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Jack Rosenthal and unanimously carried to approve a variance of
T 6” from the maximum allowable height of a non-dwelling structure for the construction of a 60’ by 90’ storage building have an overall
height of 27’ 6”. It was noted that this is an existing farm site and that the structure will be used to store farm equipment. The approval is
consistent with past Board of Adjustment decisions. The variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the
proposed development or for any future development.
