To do this, a portion of a hill needs to be cut back/sloped and that used for filling low spots to build up the road. I am seeking permission to have a 14’ driveway with a T ditch, 10’ bottom and sloping grade on either side for drainage. Delzer Construction will do the work and Wayne Evavold assisted in design and sloping. Land Mgt. Has pre­ screened site with me. Crushed asphalt will be used to stabilize the driveway and immediate grass seeding on all sloping elevations. Delzer’s estimate shows 800 yds of dirt to be moved and graded with asphalt covering.
