Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to allow the combining of the three parcels to be split into two parcels, hardship being making substandard lots into two more standard lots, provided, however, that two of the cabins, designated as cabins 13 & 15, together with the storage shed-fish house are eliminated from the resort area, subject to cbtaining an operating permit from the Planning Ccitinission, to be accomplished within a six month period. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor. ARNOLD SCHRCEDER APPROVED Dennis Beyer, Fredericksburg, lA, requested permission to allow a storage shed to remain as presently located on Lot 20, Block 2, Echo Ranch Riviera, Otter Taiil Township on Img Lake. Motion was made by Roger Marty to table because the applicant did not appear. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the following vote: DENNIS BEYER TABLED All voting in favor.
