in Hobart Township._ Because of objections from the Hobart Town Board, motion was
made by Calvin Johanson, seconded by GeorgeWalter and carried, to table action for
consultation with the town board.

building approximately 20' back from ordinary high water mark, on Lot 6, Denwood

Anderson, seconded by GeorgeWalter and carried with David- Trites voting "no", to
approve variance, because of the steep bank and for health reasons carrying motor
and heavy equipment up steep bank.

water, rather than the required 200' , on Lot 15 of the proposed plat of River Hills,
West Red River Lake, Friberg Township.After considerable discussion and listening
to the various interested parties, including several objections, motion was made by
Craig Anderson, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, to deny said application.
Maurice Thompson, Underwood, MN, requested permission to build a screened deck 81'
fi'om German Lake, on Ft. of G.L. 5, Section 5 and G.L. 5, Section 4, Tordenskjold

by metes and bounds descriptions, parcels adjacent to platted lake
lots, increasing the areas of the platted lake lots, without platting,
and also conbine three separate parcels and then dividing the combined
parcel into two equal sided lots, all in G.L. 6, Section 12, Maine
Township on Pickerel Lake. After consideration, motion was made by
Marcus WiechrtBnn to allow the sale and trams fer of metes and bounds
description properties, to be attached to and remain forever attached
to the platted lake lot adjacent, provided all documents of transfer
are presented to the County Auditor's Office at one time, with an
acocnpanying surveyor's drawing depicting each lot to be conveyed.
The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried \pon the following
vote:

Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to allow the combining of the
three parcels to be split into two parcels, hardship being making
substandard lots into two more standard lots, provided, however, that
two of the cabins, designated as cabins 13 & 15, together with the
storage shed-fish house are eliminated from the resort area, subject
to cbtaining an operating permit from the Planning Ccitinission, to be
accomplished within a six month period. The motion was seconcted by
John Everts and carried upon the following vote:

structure approximately 30 feet from shoreline, to remain as presently
located on Lot 15, River Hills, Friberg Township on the Otter Tail River

consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant 7' variance
from lot line, provided the closest part of the addition will remain
14 feet frcm the neighbor's storage cabin, hcirdship being able to enjoy
the same rights and privileges the neighbors enjoy. The motion was
seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote:
All voting in favor.

Dennis Beyer, Fredericksburg, lA, requested permission to allow a
storage shed to remain as presently located on Lot 20, Block 2, Echo
Ranch Riviera, Otter Taiil Township on Img Lake. Motion was made by
Roger Marty to table because the applicant did not appear. The
motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the following
vote:
