Blair Raph - Approved With Conditions: A Conditional Use Permit Application to operate business out of my home (lawn care). Most equipment is stored in town at rented garage. No signs or lights are or will be on the property. No customers are present. Most times all that are there is 1 truck & trailer, all brush on premises is from the lot I bought next to me and cleared off. The property is described as Lots 5 & 6, Block 1, River Hills, in Section 29 of Friberg Township: West Red River Lake (56-711), NE. Blair Raph represented the Application. David Weiss objected to onsite noise and burning, indicating there are covenants filed with the Plat stating that the property shall not be used for any commercial purpose.
