The dump debri consisted of glass, metal, barb wire, car parts, etc. We have removed as much debris as was possible. The balance of the hole has been filled in by hand over the past 4 years with organic material such as tree stumps, leaves, rock, branches, gravel etc. The hole has been filled in to a point now where the top must be covered with fill such as gravel, or clay. Due to the difficult access to the area, this fill be be costly. The amount of fill needed will be more than what could be hauled in by hand. I would appreciate a permit so this unattractive area can be restored to match the surrounding area. The top four inches of fill should be organic soil ■ covered with burlap to prevent errosion during the growth of the seeds for grass. Lots 2, 3, and 4 are substandard contiguous lots which have been combined for purposes of the Otter Tail County Shoreland Ordinance. The minimum lot size requirement for platted lots on a recreational development lake is 40,000 square feet of area and 150' of water frontage and lot width.
