After discussion motion was made by David .Trites, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to deny approval. Motion was. made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, to grant 10* from lot line, 15* from lake, structure not to be attached to a permanent foundation. After discussion, motion was made by David Trites, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried, to table action until the May 7th meeting. Duane Tietz, Detroit Lakes, MN, requested permission to retain an existing 20* x 20* cabin on Lot 1, Block 1, Deerpath at Crystal, Lida Township after construction of a permanent dwelling.Upon motion made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, permission was denied.
