This motion died for lack of a second. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 15’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 24’ by 30’ utility structure 85’ from the ordinary high water level with the following conditions: 1) the two existing 10’ by 10’ storage sheds must be removed and 2) no water oriented accessory structures will be allowed in the future.
