After consideration, motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested noting that repairs to the existing structure are necessary to protect the structure and the applicant’s proposal will not increase the overall footprint of the existing home. Bruce VIstad - Approved with condition. Bruce Vistad, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance from the septic system setback to allow drain field to be as much as 5’ into the township road right-of-way.
