CaiDITICmL USE PERMIT denied PRELIMINARY PLAT THOMPSC^ OIL ADD'N Upon motion made by Hub Nordgren, seconded by Andy Lindquist and unani­ mously carried, the following resolution v/as adopted: RESOLUTiai MPCA REGULATIONS RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Otter Tail County Minnesota, that Minnesota Legislature be urged to reconsider current laws allowing the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to establish rules and regu­ lations having the effect of law, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Minnesota Legislature be urged to process all Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations as laws and to adepted Federal Control Regulations. ^\dopted at Fergus Falls, MN this 3rd day of October, 1986.
