Rick West, Highway Engineer, indicated a meeting with the City of Henning and Henning Township officials to be held on July 20, 1992. He reported that a recent traffic study on the affected road(s) indicated County use to be at approximately 40%. Phelps Mill Dam Project Further discussion and determination of the timeframe for the Phelps Mill Dam Project was tabled until the July 22, 1992, Board meeting. Lake Shore Association - Silver Lake Motion by Lee, seconded Portmann and unanimously carried to approve the request of the Silver Lake Lake Shore Association to be placed on the sewer system priority list for abatement of non-conforming sewage systems. Request to Lower Liouor License Fee Virgil Kilde, Amor Villa, requested the Board to reduce the rate of a seasonal liquor license fee which is $1,600 to a lower rate. Motion by Portmann, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to table the request for further study. Food Service Contract Renewal Motion by Portmann, seconded Stone and unanimously carried to renew the food service contract with Best, Inc. effective July 1, 1992.
