of the Planning Commission a motion was passed to approve

A motion by Ryan, second by Nelson to approve the special
use permit of Harris Christensen, Don Carlsrud, and Glenn
Erickson on Jewett Lake, No. 56-877, GD, Sec. 13 of
Elizabeth Twp. as requested. Office to issue special use
permit to others in same area upon request. Applicants are
legally responsible for any surface water runoff problems
that may accrue to any adjacent property owners.
Edwin Carlson spoke to the Commission.

application of Donald L. Acker, dated September 11, 1975
on Little Pine Lake, No. 56-1^2, GD, Sec. 31 of Corliss Twp.
for road setback approved at 15 feet and sideyard setback at
5 feet. Sewage system does not meet minimum Shoreland Manage
ment Ordinance requirements and shall be updated as a condition
of this approval and shall be done prior to issuing build
ing permit.
