After consideration, notion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson to allow the building to be £3’ from the top of the bluff. After additional discussion the motion was withdrawn. After additional consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Carl Johnson and carried with Randall Mann and Cecil Femling voting no, to approve a structure £0’ from the top of the bluff with the condition that nothing can be placed in front of the structure. It was noted that this decision was consistent with previous actions taken by the Board of Adjustment. The Land and Resource Department and the applicants, due to a misunderstanding as to which party was going to make the contact, did not meet to discuss possible alternatives prior to the December 1st, 1994, Board of.Adjustment meeting. It was decided by general consent that prior to the next scheduled meeting the Land and Resource Department would meet with the Health Department to discuss possible alternatives and that the Land and Resource Department would make a report to the Board of Adjustment at the next scheduled meeting and that the applicants would not need to attend any additional meeting -to-discuss this variance request. !
