May 12. 2004:
Motion: A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Trites to approve as presented, provided:
1. The Class 5 is removed and the area seeded after abandoning the old road bed. 2.
Appropriate erosion control measures must be implemented, including stabilizing all
disturbed areas. 3. The centerline profile and borrow area location must be submitted to
Land & Resource Management prior to starting the project. Reason for approval
includes public safety.
