Notion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Leslie Estes and unanimously carried, to
approve the subdivision of an approximately 1.04 acre parcel from an existing 64.24 acre
parcel with the conditions that the 1.04 acre parcel must be permanently attached to an
adjacent 4.13 acre parcel owned by Doug Hedtke and a registered surveyor's drawing, meeting
the requirement of the ordinance, must be submitted when the deed conveying title is
presented for recording.

A part of Government Lot One (1) and. a part of Government
Lot Two (2) in Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township One
Hundred Thirty Four (134) North, Range Forty-Two (42) West,
Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter Section corner -of said Section
27; thence South 302.70 feet; thence South 55°52'00" West
277.50 feet; thence South 77°38'00” West 200.00 feet; thence
South i2°13'00" West 386.50 feet; thence South 34°03'00”
l^ast 513.40 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence South 25°12'00" West 110.14 feet;
Thence South 89°35’00" East 524 feet more or
less to the Otter Tail River;
Thence Northerly along the River approximatly
100 feet to a line bearing South 89°35'00"
East from the said point of beginning;
Thence North 89^35'O0” West 460 feet more or
less to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.13 acres more or less of which 0.9 acre:is
excepted, there from as flowage land along the Otter Tail
River as conveyed to the Otter Tail Power Company in
Warranty Deed recorded in Book 156 on Page 164.
The West 33.00 feet thereof is subject to roadway easement.
