After consider^ ation, notion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unaninously carried, on the ocndition no more bins are built, nor the present ones replaced. Lana Bjorgun, Grand Rapids, MN, requested permission to add a 12' x 24' addition to existing cabin, requiring a variance fran the side lot set back, on lot 9, Shady Nook Beach Tiddition, Maine Township on Pickeral Lake. seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being a substandard lot of record, and being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the others in the area enjoy.
