MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
iCMotion was macte by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried to approve
the variance as requested by the applicant, with the provision that both a surveyor’s drawing
and a statement indicating that there are no property line disputes will be provided at the time
of recording. Hardship being that this is a section of land located between Little Heilberger Lake
and Heilberger Lake. Each lot meets the minimum shoreland ordinance requirements for platted
lake lots. These lots are of legal size depending upon direction from which they are viewed. It
should be noted that there will be no buildings on the property to the east of Lot 1 on the other
side of County Road No. 22,
