ERTISE FOR BIDS HWAY SALT • t Engineer Dennis Berend discussed the proposed re-construction of CSAH #4 and the bridge replacement, and the corments froti the Department of Natural Resources regarding the proposed construction. After con­ sideration, motion was made by Andy Lindqiaist, seconded by Sydney Nelson and unanimously carried, to remove the construction of CSAH #4 fron the Highway Road & Bridge Construction Plan as not being feasible at this time. Olson and unani­ mously carried, the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED by the Board of County Carmissioners of Otter Tail County Min­ nesota, that WHEREAS, the County has planned the inprovement of CSAH No. 34 fron Jet. CSAH 35 to Jet. of C.H. No. 125, 2.5 miles west of Perham, and WHEREAS, the County will be expending State Aid Funds on the inprovement of this road, and WHEREAS, this inprovement does not provide adquate width for parking on the South side of the road of the proposed construction as a State Aid project must therefore be conditionedupon certain parking restriction, and WHEREAS, the'extend of this restriction that would be a necessary pre­ requisite tothe approval of this construction as a State Aid project in the County has been determined, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, thatthe County shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of CSAH No. 34, Station 73+00 to Station 76+50, at all times. Cecil Femling, Nobel Hatling, Frank Lachowitzer, Reba Lee, Bert Olson, Victor Petterson Jr., Richard Portmann, Robert Schwartz, Tom Stringer, David Trites. Barb Hanson, County Attorney's Office and Malcolm K. Lee Land & Resource Management Office were also present. A motion by Petterson, second by Lachowitzer to approve the minutes of the March 4, 1987 meeting as mailed.
