Bertelsen - Approved Brent D, Bertelsen, Fairmount, ND, requested a variance of 1 7' from the required side lot line setback of 65' for the placement of a water - oriented accessory structure 48' from the side lot line. Long Lake in Elizabeth Township, The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request, A letter from Shirley and Willis Stelter in favor of the granting of this variance request was read for the record.
