boxes, being in the Shoreland Area. Also to Excavate 5,050 square feet (280
cubic yards). Spitzer Lake (56-160), NE, NWl/4 & NWl/4 of SWl/4, Section
30, Leaf Mountain Township.
A motion by Zimmerman, second by Schwartz to approve as presented.Motion:
Voting: All members in favor.
Wesley Hagen & Rodney Hagen - Approved With Conditions;
A Conditional Use Application to build a home on the parcel of land
indicated. To do this, would like permission to excavate (cut hill with 6'
cut in the center at 120' in width and 170' in length - tapering to 0) a
portion of the land for proper water run-off. Also request to use the
excavated fill for a driveway being approximately 1/4 mile long. Pete Lake
(56-941), NE, Lot 4 & NEl/4, Section 29, Scambler Township.
A motion by Schwartz, second by Ronningen to approve as presentedMotion;
with a stipulation that the drainage from the building site go either to the
north or to the west and not towards the lake.
