After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to declare
Lot 4 Block 2 Oakdale Second Addition buildable for residential use. The variance as approved is consistent with previous Board
approvals on other lakes. It was noted that the variance as approved will not negatively impact the lake or the adjacent properties.
