After consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of a
28’ by 30’ garage no closer to the ordinary high water level then in a straight line from the front (40’ side) of the proposed 28’ by
40’ dwelling, which must be placed in a location that meets the setback requirements of the ordinance. Practical difficulty/hardship
is the terrain of the applicant's property and water on two side of the property.
