MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 16' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for
the location of a 10' by 26' storage and fish cleaning shed 84' from the ordinary high
water level with the condition that by June 1st, 1996, the 6' by 6' shed and the 14' by 14'
house must be located in areas that comply with the setback requirements of the
